Overview In this role you will drive the delivery of high-value fit-out projects within a prestige-focused property and construction consultancy. You will work closely with a London team, managing clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. The position offers greater responsibility and client exposure on luxury hotel and high-end office schemes. You will shape project direction, mentor junior managers, and contribute to the growth of the London practice.
Responsibilities - Lead project delivery from inception to completion
- Manage programmes, budgets, risk and quality
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction teams
- Manage clients, contractors and consultants
- Support procurement and contractor selection
- Provide strategic project advice
- Mentor and support junior project managers
- Contribute to growth and development of the London team
