Overview In this role, you will lead high-value fire alarm installations across London and the Home Counties, guiding projects from inception to client sign-off. You’ll work with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets industry standards. You will manage documentation, compliance with BS 5839 and safety regulations, and maintain proactive client communications. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong impact on safety, reliability and customer satisfaction. You will be the primary driver of project success and quality, supported by a collaborative, outcomes-driven team.

Responsibilities - Manage large fire alarm installation projects
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee project budgets, scheduling, and variations
- Ensure compliance with BS 5839 and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and progress reviews
- Produce and manage project documentation, RAMS, and handover packs
Key requirements - Proven experience of successful fire alarm project management
- Strong technical knowledge of a variety of fire detection systems
- Good understanding of BS 5839 and UK fire safety regulations
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
