Overview In this Senior Project Manager role, you will lead end-to-end office, mixed-use and refurbishment projects for investor and occupier clients. You’ll own multiple commissions, guiding them from brief through handover while coordinating procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll act as the client lead, delivering clear commercial and programme guidance and ensuring governance, quality, and H&S compliance. This position sits in Cushman & Wakefield’s PDS team in London, offering exposure to high-profile instructions and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities - Lead projects through full lifecycle: brief, feasibility, design, procurement, construction, close-out
- Act as day-to-day client lead with commercial and programme advice
- Manage consultant and contractor teams: appointments, scopes, reporting
- Develop and control programmes, budgets, risk registers, project controls
- Execute procurement routes and tender processes (RFPs/ITTs, bid evaluation, recommendations)
- Deliver contract administration (JCT), including change control, valuations, instructions, progress certification
- Coordinate stakeholder groups across client, landlord, occupier, design teams and supply chain
- Support fee proposals, business development and cross-selling within PDS
- Drive quality, health & safety and governance aligned to CW standards
Key requirements - Proven experience delivering commercial/office projects in a consultancy environment
- Strong capability in cost, programme, risk and procurement
- Working knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration fundamentals
- Confident stakeholder management and clear written/verbal communication
- Proven ability to run multiple projects with high-quality reporting and controls
