Overview In this role you will manage civil infrastructure projects from planning to commissioning, across multiple Ontario sites. You will provide technical leadership, coordinate teams, manage budgets, and liaise with clients and regulators. You will apply design and construction knowledge to complex projects, ensure quality and compliance. Responsibilities - Oversee multiple projects and manage high-complexity scopes
- Serve as Engineer-of-Record when required and provide technical leadership
- Supervise engineers and designers, prioritizing scope, budgets, and schedules
- Assist or lead financial oversight of project budgets and cost performance
- Review analyses and support business cases for project decisions
- Evaluate, specify civil engineered systems and design components
- Lead project coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Lead client requirement meetings, value analysis, and cost estimating; coordinate project specifications and construction documents
- Participate in constructability reviews; perform QA/QC on projects and peers
- Maintain regulatory awareness and develop project scope, budgets, and design approaches; support proposals and contract negotiations
- Develop proposals and assist in contract negotiations
- Act as primary client contact to determine project requirements and approvals
- Support marketing and business development activities and positions for new opportunities

- Strong understanding of client expectations, budgeting, and high-quality deliverables
- Technical expertise across design and construction methods for civil infrastructure
- Knowledge of design and construction codes and industry standards
- Strong understanding of drawings-specifications relationship and document production
- Ability to lead one or more teams through all project phases
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering and PE license (or equivalent)
