Overview In this role you will lead project delivery for a growing main contractor, focusing on rapid-fit restaurant and pub fit-outs. Based in North London (Tottenham), you will manage multiple live projects from brief to handover, coordinating site teams and subcontractors to keep schedules and quality in check. Responsibilities - oversee multiple fast-track restaurant and pub fit-out projects
- coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control
- liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
- implement project planning and digital workflow practices
- monitor risks and resolve on-site issues to keep programs on track
