Overview As a Senior Project Manager in AECOM’s London Healthcare Project Management Team, you will lead medium-to-large built environment and construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while expanding your specialist knowledge. You’ll guide junior team members, manage client and consultant relationships, and support business development to help grow the team. Depending on project needs, you may be on-site and travel within London and the Southeast. This role blends leadership, client-focused delivery, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to uplift healthcare projects and communities.

Responsibilities - Lead the delivery of project management team outputs
- Run internal and external project meetings
- Coordinate, review and sign off deliverables
- Manage design teams
- Oversee tender documents, appraisals and negotiations
- Formulate and manage construction contracts
- Provide financial oversight and resource management
- Support client relationships and business development
- Mentor and develop junior staff
- Support project managers through professional chartership
Key requirements - Experience delivering projects within the healthcare sector
- Experience in consultancy or healthcare organisation
- NEC Accredited or experience in administering NEC Contracts
- Knowledge of healthcare within the built environment or construction industry
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident and engaging presentation abilities
- Strong written skills: reports, meeting notes, action drafting, risk registers and mitigation
