Overview In this role you will oversee multiple national retail fit-out projects, ensuring on-time delivery and brand standards. You will lead programme oversight, coordinate with Site Managers, and manage client and supplier liaison to maintain quality and commercial performance. The position spans England, Wales and Scotland with regular travel. You’ll drive fast-track schemes from planning through to completion and report progress to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities - Manage several live shop-fit projects simultaneously
- Plan, programme and oversee all phases of the works
- Liaise closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Ensure quality, H&S compliance and commercial performance
- Lead and support on-site teams (with Site Managers in place)
- Report progress to senior management and stakeholders
Key requirements - Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail, interiors or fast-track construction
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Proactive communicator who builds strong client relationships
- Flexibility to travel across Britain as required
- Ability to drive programme, maintain standards and solve problems quickly
