Overview As a Project Manager you will steer security-system projects across the UK, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and financial performance. You’ll work with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate resources and maintain compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities - Manage all phases of assigned projects from initiation to completion
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability
- Develop and update project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using MS Projects, Mentor and JDE
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for efficient delivery
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Track risks, changes, and progress; lead project meetings and reviews
- Ensure installation quality and timely submission of documentation
- Prepare and submit project status reports to management
Key requirements - Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction projects
- Knowledge of security systems and deployment of enterprise-level access and CCTV (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, Milestone)
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing project P&L
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction standards
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, SMSTS, CSCS) desirable
