Overview As a Solar PV Project Manager you will lead commercial solar PV, BESS and EV charging projects from site assessment to commissioning and handover. You will coordinate multiple projects, liaising with clients, subcontractors, DNOs and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, risk management and delivering strong client outcomes across a growing portfolio. This is a hands-on, stakeholder-facing position with opportunities to shape project delivery in a rapidly expanding renewable energy business.

Responsibilities - Manage multiple commercial solar PV projects concurrently
- Deliver installations 50kWp-500kWp from mobilization through commissioning and handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, clients and project stakeholders
- Manage budgets, contracts, variations and programmes
- Oversee Health & Safety and CDM 2015 compliance
- Provide clear project reporting and proactively manage risks
- Support delivery of Solar PV, BESS and EV charging programmes
- Ensure projects achieve strong technical performance and client outcomes
Key requirements - Proven experience managing multiple commercial-scale solar PV installations
- End-to-end knowledge of commercial PV project delivery
- Experience with DNO applications, construction and commissioning
- Strong commercial and contract management experience
- Experience managing budgets, subcontractors and variations
- Good knowledge of CDM 2015 and Health & Safety requirements
- SMSTS/SSSTS or similar would be advantageous
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to BESS and/or EV charging projects beneficial
