Overview In this role you drive software development projects end-to-end within a cyber security-focused software house. You collaborate with developers, architects and QAs to deliver on time, within scope and to high quality. You’ll plan, scope requirements, allocate resources and manage budgets and client communications across multiple concurrent projects. The position blends Agile Scrum leadership with occasional Waterfall approaches to suit client needs, in a relaxed, international team. This role offers meaningful impact shaping security products and software delivery at scale.

Responsibilities - Lead and manage software development projects from inception to delivery
- Coordinate with developers, architects and QAs to ensure quality and timeliness
- Plan, scope requirements, allocate resources and manage budgets
- Manage stakeholder and customer communications
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects with Agile Scrum and some Waterfall as needed
Key requirements - Experience as a Project Manager with software development teams across full development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication, team leadership and stakeholder management
- Good technical understanding and ability to engage in technical discussions
- Degree educated in a STEM discipline
- Hold SC Clearance or able to achieve it (5 years UK-based experience)
