Overview In this role you will oversee real estate transactions and project delivery for SPE and SME, aligning portfolio activity with group objectives. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to manage from inception to completion, including negotiations, approvals, and budget oversight. The position emphasizes market research, lease administration, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will help drive portfolio strategy and ensure timely delivery of capital projects and administrative tasks. This is a dynamic, global role that combines real estate management with project governance to support business needs.

Responsibilities - Oversee real estate transactions across the portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders and brokers
- Negotiate commercial terms and support lease review and negotiation
- Prepare cost analyses, budgets, and approval documentation for real estate decisions
- Conduct market research to inform portfolio strategy
- Manage RFPs with Procurement and coordinate external consultants as needed
- Coordinate project management for real estate and capital projects with vendors
- Develop and manage capital budgets and review construction costs
- Create business cases and approval materials for capex projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery
- Oversee lease administration in CoStar, manage abstractions, data accuracy, and reporting
- Produce monthly portfolio and project reports; manage purchase orders and invoices
- Support SPE and SME portfolios across EMEA and Asia Pacific; monitor lease events
- Communicate critical dates to enable timely discussions and decisions
- Participate in monthly portfolio meetings and report progress to senior management
- Provide administrative support and reporting across transactions, projects, and portfolio management
- Prepare intercompany space agreements and coordinate translations
- Generate VOA surveys and reporting for insurance purposes
- Perform other real estate-related administrative activities as required
Key requirements - Ideally 5+ years in real estate transactions for international companies
- Comfort with multiple time zones, currencies, cultures, and languages
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- International administration experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret legal/contractual lease documents
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and practical orientation
