Overview As a Manager in Deloitte's Technology Programme Delivery, you guide M&A-driven technology initiatives within the TMT sector. You lead cross-functional teams, shaping delivery strategies and ensuring scalable, value-creating outcomes for clients. You’ll leverage analytics, AI insights, and robust delivery frameworks across the project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to drive transformation and business development in a growing practice.

Responsibilities - Lead planning and execution of M&A-related projects in the TMT sector to deliver client value
- Apply M&A lifecycle knowledge and analytics to shape strategies and solutions
- Manage workstreams and teams, running ceremonies and applying Agile/Waterfall methods
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables
- Identify risks and issues, escalate to leadership, and help develop mitigations
- Prepare project communications, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Contribute to business development, including proposals and client presentations
- Engage in internal practice development to foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment
Key requirements - Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex M&A projects in TMT
- Strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle with operational transition experience (e.g., Day 1 cutovers)
- Ability to build relationships with internal and client stakeholders and convert strategy into deliverables
- Knowledge of TMT products, processes, and technologies (digital platforms, media tech, cloud, data analytics)
- Familiarity with cloud migration, cybersecurity in M&A, and data governance
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence)
- Relevant PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master) preferred
- Experience supporting business development and client presentations
- Background in consulting or professional services; exposure to AI/ML tools used for data analysis or automation
