Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of Workforce Management and technology transformation projects across Continental Europe. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and governance, coordinating internal teams and vendors. You’ll ensure go-live, deployment and hypercare, and drive continuous improvement. This position sits within a global organisation and offers hybrid work in London with infrequent travel to Europe.

Responsibilities - Lead delivery of Workforce Management and digital transformation projects
- Manage project plans, budgets, RAID logs, reporting and governance
- Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors and key stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure successful go-live planning, deployment and hypercare support
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery
Key requirements - Proven experience delivering Workforce Management (WFM) projects
- Strong project management background within technology, digital, or operational transformation environments
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Jira, MS Project or similar
- PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum certifications are advantageous
- German language skills are beneficial but not essential
