Overview As an Oracle Technical Project Manager, you lead technical workstreams on Oracle ERP and Cloud transformation programmes for major clients. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, drive AI-enabled improvements, and ensure successful implementations with Solution Architects and offshore/nearshore teams. This role blends Oracle delivery, programme governance, and enterprise transformation in a consulting setting. You’ll influence outcomes by shaping delivery approaches and mentoring junior professionals, all within a senior client-facing environment.

Responsibilities - Lead technical workstreams across Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud transformations
- Coordinate integrations, data migration, testing, environments, security and deployment
- Manage technical teams across integration, data, reporting and technical consulting
- Translate business and technical requirements into delivery plans
- Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and governance
- Coordinate design, build, testing, cutover and deployment activities
- Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects on implementation approaches
- Provide technical assurance and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Work with distributed offshore/nearshore delivery teams
- Identify opportunities to use AI, Generative AI and automation to improve delivery
- Support bids, proposals, estimations and business development
- Coach and mentor junior consultants and technical delivery professionals
Key requirements - Strong track record delivering Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud transformation programmes in a consulting environment
- Experience managing complex technical workstreams
- Experience with Oracle integrations, data migration, reporting, testing and deployment
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and implementation methodologies
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration technologies
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and systems integration
- Experience working with Solution and Technical Architects
- Programme governance, risk, issue and dependency management experience
