Overview In this role you will drive regulatory reporting transformation for major financial institutions, focusing on trade and transaction reporting across global regimes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design governance, data, and operating models, while exploring AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency and reporting quality. Your work supports compliance, transparency, and risk controls across EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, MAS, HKMA, and other regimes. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position within Capco’s FRRF practice, offering a path to shape regulatory reporting on a global scale.

Responsibilities - Lead business analysis and project delivery for trade/transaction reporting transformations across global regimes
- Translate regulatory obligations into business, functional, technical, and data requirements with governance and traceability
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and vendors to design and optimize reporting controls and operating models
- Support regulatory implementations/remediation (EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, MAS, HKMA) and apply AI-enabled analysis to improve reporting quality
- Provide governance for data lineage, reconciliation, exception management, and remediation with appropriate human oversight when using AI tools
Key requirements - Experience delivering trade or transaction reporting change programmes in financial services or consulting
- Practical knowledge of EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, HKMA, or MAS
- Strong ability to define business requirements, functional specs, user stories, use cases, testing, and implementation plans
- Understanding of trade lifecycle and reporting controls across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with AI tools to enhance analysis while maintaining judgement
