Overview In this Field Project Operations Manager role you will own project delivery across London, leading small specialist teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality exterior maintenance work. You will blend project management, people leadership and client liaison to deliver exceptional service on complex façade projects. You’ll work with cross-site teams, manage administration and reporting, and uphold safety and quality standards. This is an autonomous, field-facing leadership role with real impact on protecting and enhancing London’s skyline.

Responsibilities - Planning and delivery of projects and valuations to keep work on schedule, within budget and compliant
- Administration, IT systems management and reporting to align teams, projects and clients
- Team leadership of specialist subcontractors and employees across multiple sites
- Health and safety promotion, training, monitoring and proactive management
- Problem-solving and escalation of issues to keep projects on track
- Conflict management to prevent negative impact on delivery
- Performance reporting on progress, costs and client satisfaction
Key requirements - Strong administration and IT systems proficiency
- Experience leading small teams of employees and subcontractors
- Confident communication with site teams, clients and stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple sites or external building maintenance works
- Organised with project planning and time management
- Effective, impartial conflict resolution and decision-making
- Commercial awareness and experience valuing works for accounting
