You work closely with clients and prospects to win work, shaping the service offering as Ramboll expands in the UK and Ireland. This role combines project leadership with business development, offering autonomy and exposure to global experts. You help drive the sustainable energy agenda while balancing technical and commercial challenges across geographies.

Responsibilities - Oversee onshore wind scopes and Owners Engineering in the UK, with potential for wider geographies
- Lead projects through origination, feasibility, development, construction and repowering
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams across civil, electrical, environmental and procurement domains
- Coordinate tender proposals with technical inputs from experts and junior consultants to ensure commercial attractiveness
- Support Head of Business Development in UK onshore market, generating leads and nurturing client relationships
Key requirements - Significant experience in managing technical scopes of onshore wind farms including design, procurement, development and construction management
