Overview In this role you manage client projects within a fintech environment, collaborating with Clients, Operations, Development and Sales. You will initiate projects, manage risks, estimates and plans, and ensure delivery within release cycles. You work both independently and with cross-functional teams, solving problems under pressure across multiple projects. The role offers ownership and responsibility with growth toward a Lead PM, including exposure to important IP and NDA commitments.
Responsibilities - Client project management and reporting
- Define solution requirements and specifications
- Prepare and govern terms of reference and steering group meetings
- Conduct project risk assessments and budgeting
- Estimate, plan, and track project progress against plan
- Manage issues, risks, and delivery quality within release cycles
- Support client relations and presales activities
- Mentor internal teammates
- Oversee multiple projects of varying scale
Key requirements - Degree in Computer Science or Finance
- IT literate
- Some experience in a technology-driven firm
- Background in project management
- Analytical skills / problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
