Responsibilities - Deliver large-scale, complex projects from definition to completion
- Lead and develop project teams, set objectives and manage performance
- Establish delivery plans, governance, and controls to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes
- Coordinate multiple consultants and contractors
- Plan and track budgets, identify variances, and control delivery targets
- Provide process improvements and best-practice recommendations
- Present risks, issues, and mitigations to senior management
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and progress
- Translate business objectives into financial targets and project plans
- Support talent development and succession planning
- Contribute to Currie & Brown’s strategic vision for respective projects
Key requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Project management certification or accreditation (e.g., PMP)
- Experience leading large-scale, complex projects
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams
- Strong pre- and post-contract experience
- Excellent contract administration experience
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Industry experience in hospitality or related sectors
