Responsibilities - Lead the commercial success of projects, manage programme, delivery and fees with the client
- Coordinate design teams from concept to delivery ensuring constructability and quality
- Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve challenges creatively and clearly
- Mentor emerging talent and contribute to a dynamic, design-led culture
Key requirements - 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects
- Licensed architect (preferred)
- Strong leadership and ability to inspire interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication across project lifecycle and with clients
- Understanding of project management impact on design and delivery
