Overview In this HR Project Manager role, you drive cross-functional HR initiatives and transformation programs to optimize organization design, workforce planning, and talent initiatives. You will partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to deliver coordinated services and change management. The role focuses on continuous improvement and scalable HR solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will help shape HR strategy and measure impact, contributing to an excellent people experience.
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of HR projects, including org design changes, restructuring, and workforce planning
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, stakeholder maps, and communications strategies
- Track progress, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and report milestones
- Support HRBPs in diagnosing organizational effectiveness and implementing improvement strategies
- Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to implement design changes aligned with business strategy
- Design and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and adoption
- Serve as the connector between HRBPs and COEs to deliver integrated HR services
- Identify opportunities to consolidate services, processes, and policies for consistency and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and analyze HR metrics to inform priorities and measure impact
- Contribute to HR strategy development with insights and execution support
Key requirements - Hybrid role with in-office presence three days a week (New York, Washington DC, Raleigh, or Boston)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, project management, or business operations with strong HR acumen
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and organizational change practices
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project)
