Overview In this role you drive the successful delivery of eDiscovery engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness while building strong client relationships. You’ll learn client specifications, advise on best practices, and proactively resolve risk areas. You will oversee Relativity projects, manage scope and schedules, and collaborate with production staff to optimize workflows. Responsibilities - Execute Relativity projects end-to-end according to client parameters
- Oversee full project lifecycle and track delivery schedules
- Monitor multiple projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Communicate with clients and suggest workflow improvements
- Answer client questions about Relativity and meet objectives
- Design custom Relativity event handlers and scripts to enhance workflows
- Coordinate resource allocation with production staff
- Serve as liaison between production staff and clients
- Develop analytical approaches to research solutions and determine actions
- Assist in closing new business with client meetings
- Participate in process improvement and development initiatives
- Delegate tasks to junior PM/Hosting team members for development
Key requirements - Bachelor (2.1) or relevant experience
- Relativity experience is a must
- Minimum 2 years of eDiscovery project management experience; vendor preferred
- Working knowledge of operations (processing; imaging; printing; coding)
- Deep analytics experience (minimum 4 TAR projects and threading)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel)
