Overview In this hybrid role, you will manage digital enablement workstreams for a major UK nuclear infrastructure programme, ensuring safe, compliant and timely delivery of digital applications. You’ll collaborate across engineering, asset management and programme teams to implement PLM/ALM solutions and drive value through lifecycle management. The position combines governance, stakeholder engagement and hands-on delivery in a regulated environment. You will shape digital delivery with cross-functional teams and apply lessons from large infrastructure projects to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities - Manage delivery of digital enablement projects supporting engineering, asset management and programme delivery functions
- Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and roadmaps across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver digital capabilities
- Support implementation and enhancement of PLM/ALM applications within a complex programme
- Manage functional specifications, testing and quality assurance with internal teams and vendors
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, configuration management, asset management and digital transformation teams
- Ensure activities comply with governance, assurance and quality requirements
- Support business transformation, user adoption and training activities
- Promote robust configuration and lifecycle management throughout engineering, construction and commissioning phases
- Apply lessons learned from major infrastructure programmes to improve delivery
- Promote continuous improvement in delivery effectiveness
Key requirements - Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex digital, engineering or business transformation projects
- Experience delivering projects in high-integrity environments such as nuclear, defence, aerospace, rail, energy or other critical infrastructure sectors
- Strong experience managing delivery teams, suppliers and stakeholder networks across Client and Tier 1 organisations
- Good awareness of PLM/ALM principles and delivering associated business applications in complex organisations
- Experience delivering enterprise applications supporting engineering, asset management or operational functions
- Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), Asset Suite, or comparable PLM/ALM platforms would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of engineering, asset and configuration management processes
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex technical and regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, governance, facilitation and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to operate across business and technical domains in large organisations
- Experience applying lessons learned from major infrastructure programmes
