Overview In this hybrid role, you will blend project management and business analysis to drive a banking transformation programme. You’ll work across customer onboarding, financial crime, and operational initiatives, aligning product, operations, technology, and data teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You will shape delivery plans, governance, and risk management while engaging senior stakeholders. This position offers exposure to high-profile environments and the chance to influence regulatory and transformation efforts at scale. You will play a pivotal role in enabling strategic change within a major banking programme.
Responsibilities - Manage delivery plans, roadmaps and governance structures
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and dependencies
- Lead risk and issue identification and mitigation
- Drive requirements gathering and business analysis activities
- Stakeholder management across business and technology teams
- Collaborate with product, operations, technology and data teams to deliver outcomes
- Support onboarding, KYC/financial crime related initiatives when applicable
- Support delivery of complex transformation programmes across banking domains
Key requirements - 5+ years' experience within Banking or Financial Services
- Strong experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or hybrid PM/BA
- Experience delivering complex business transformation programmes
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capability
- Experience developing delivery plans, roadmaps and governance structures
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies and multiple workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
- Exposure to KYC, onboarding, financial crime or regulated environments would be highly beneficial
