Overview As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead commercial construction projects up to £15m, driving successful delivery from planning through to handover. You will operate within Central London, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet time, cost, and quality targets. You will tackle complex, logistically and structurally challenging works, managing risks, procurement, and client expectations. Responsibilities - Lead and deliver commercial construction projects up to £15m from inception to completion
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and trades on site
- Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement, and cost control
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues
- Maintain client relationships and manage communications and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Plan and sequence works to optimize schedule and logistics
- Monitor progress, budget, and change control; report variances to stakeholders
- Collaborate with commercial and design teams to meet project goals
