Overview In this role you will lead delivery of commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects for a major occupier, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes. You’ll act as the primary day-to-day contact for a global technology client, shaping project governance, procurement, and risk management. The position offers autonomy in a fast-paced corporate real estate environment with clear progression paths. You’ll contribute to growth of the Project & Development Services practice while mentoring junior colleagues. Responsibilities - Lead delivery of office fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
- Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and build trusted relationships
- Manage multiple concurrent projects spanning upgrades to large-scale transformations
- Oversee governance, programme, cost, quality and risk management
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants throughout the lifecycle
- Administer JCT contracts and manage procurement processes
- Identify opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth
