You will drive cost control, timing, and coordination with main contractors and design teams, ensuring projects meet business goals and quality standards. You will engage with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver on ambitious towers and other high-profile schemes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Lead hotel and leisure project delivery from inception to completion
- Manage project budgets and cost control processes
- Coordinate with main contractors, design teams, and clients
- Oversee pre-contract planning and phasing of projects
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery of high-value schemes
- Support coordination of high-profile towers and other hotels/leisure developments
- Contribute to project governance and reporting to stakeholders
Key requirements - 10+ years as Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor on hotel, leisure, or education projects
- Experience working with a main contractor
