Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end project management for healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, commercial, and residential schemes within a boutique London consultancy. You will work closely with clients and the wider team to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high quality, while building the firm’s project management capability. You will establish targets, governance, procurement input, and provide progress reporting across schemes, including larger commissions as part of a collaborative team. The position offers autonomy, growth within a growing practice, and the opportunity to shape project delivery for complex buildings.
Responsibilities - Lead cradle-to-grave project delivery on selected commissions
- Support on larger commissions within a broader team
- Coordinate with clients and other consultants across project stages
- Set targets for time, cost, and technical milestones
- Identify quality, safety, health and environment issues
- Help establish project governance and procurement input
- Provide formal progress reports
- Interface with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
Key requirements - Degree qualified
- MAPM or working towards professional qualification
- Experience managing projects as a consultant over £10m in value in the building sector
