Overview In this role you will lead civil rail works within Network Rail projects from the regional office. You will manage safety, quality and environmental activities while delivering on programme and budget. You’ll supervise site activity, develop work plans, assess risks and coordinate temporary works and possession planning. The role combines hands-on site leadership with client liaison and cross‑functional teamwork to support rail infrastructure delivery. This position offers a structured opportunity to shape minor rail projects and grow within a regional contracting business.

Key requirements - Engineering background
- Min. HNC in Civil Engineering
- CSCS card
- PTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience on civil engineering projects in a rail environment
- Knowledge of North Wales Network Rail Region advantageous (desirable)
