Overview As MEP Project Manager, you will oversee the complete MEP package for a flagship data centre project in Docklands, East London. You will work with the delivery team to plan, coordinate and hand over high-quality mechanical, electrical and public health systems. You’ll lead subcontractors, manage budgets and ensure on-time delivery within safety and regulatory standards. This role combines technical leadership with cross‑functional collaboration to drive delivery certainty. You will be embedded in a safety‑focused culture that strives for excellence in complex, mission-critical construction.

Responsibilities - Lead the full MEP scope on a large-scale data centre project in Docklands, East London
- Oversee planning, coordination, installation, and delivery of MEP systems from construction through commissioning and handover
- Manage MEP subcontractors and vendors to meet performance, productivity and quality targets
- Ensure full integration of MEP works with CSA, commissioning, and project controls teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and track progress against milestones
- Collaborate with commercial teams to monitor budgets, control costs, and manage variations
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with client representatives, consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical/delivery challenges
- Maintain strict health, safety and environmental standards across MEP activities
- Lead coordination and progress meetings with clear reporting on performance, risks and deliverables
- Support testing, commissioning and final system handover processes
- Foster a site culture focused on safety, quality, coordination and delivery excellence
Key requirements - Experience as an MEP Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
