Responsibilities - Lead software implementation projects from planning to go-live and transition to support
- Create and maintain project plans, manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, product specialists, and developers to keep projects on track
- Oversee governance, reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communications
- Identify and remove risks, issues, and blockers to protect project success
- Coordinate testing, client acceptance, and final sign-offs; manage transitions to operational support
- Manage change requests and project controls while maintaining client relationships
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes
Key requirements - Experience delivering software delivery projects in tech, software, or SaaS environments
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted client relationships
- Commercial awareness balancing client satisfaction with project outcomes
- Structured project management and governance approach
