Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects within the Capabilities and IT Digital Advisory teams. You’ll blend delivery management with change delivery to maximize value for public sector clients. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to tailor approaches, manage risk, and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle. This is a chance to shape digital transformation across public services while collaborating with senior stakeholders and evolving delivery practices.

Responsibilities - Manage projects end-to-end meeting quality, time and cost targets
- Develop overall project approach using appropriate methodologies and foster cross-team collaboration
- Understand high-level technical and digital design to guide solution decisions
- Engage stakeholders and teams, agree processes and timelines for successful delivery
- Ensure commercial viability and value delivery across services
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and maintain delivery pace
- Foster collaboration across project boundaries and manage change governance
- Track progress, manage risks/issues/dependencies, and report to governance boards
- Contribute to business development, new product/services development, and internal change projects
- Participate in Communities of Practice
Key requirements - Experience delivering projects in complex, dynamic environments
- Proven track record across full project lifecycles and multiple initiatives
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Prince2, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall)
- Specialist digital and technology project management in large-scale settings
