Responsibilities - Own end-to-end project planning and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks and issues; lead governance and reporting
- Act as focal point for the Agile delivery team and coordinate with client stakeholders
- Oversee internal resources and client engagements; ensure delivery against success criteria
- Drive change management and quality across projects; identify and resolve blockers
- Coordinate strategic client projects and internal initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Understand company offerings, technical directions and align projects accordingly
Key requirements - Solid experience as a Project Manager with end-to-end delivery responsibility
- Experience managing finance-sector technology projects
- Experience with small projects (~1 million) and small vendors
- Proven track record with complex, senior stakeholder interactions
- Experience with multiple PM methods (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative, hybrid)
- Thorough understanding of the project lifecycle and issue resolution
- Experience with formal methodologies (APM PRINCE2, PMI/BOK) and related standards
- Degree in a technical or business-related area (preferred)
