Overview In this role you will lead a major Oracle Fusion transformation across HCM, Payroll and Procurement, guiding delivery across multiple teams and external partners. You will align the programme with business needs and transformation goals, shaping adoption of Oracle Fusion. You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver hands-on outcomes that move the modernisation agenda forward. Responsibilities - Lead and drive workstreams across HCM, Payroll and Procurement
- Manage and guide a complex programme, supporting the Programme Manager

- Ensure alignment of the programme with business needs and transformation goals
- Hands-on delivery and delivery oversight within a multi-team environment
- Act as a bridge between business, technical teams and external partners
- Maintain alignment with programme objectives and governance practices
Key requirements - Delivered at least 2 Oracle Fusion implementation projects
- Strong Oracle Fusion implementation experience across modules
- Comfortable leading hands-on delivery in a complex, multi-team environment
