Overview In this role you will manage a programme of platform improvements to support onboarding of assets for Mercer Direct Investment Unit, aiming to boost scalability and reduce operational risk. You will collaborate with Investments, Operations, Engineering and vendors to plan and deliver milestones. You will guide requirements, oversee testing and documentation, and escalate risks with mitigation options. You will help evolve the Change Management function within the DIU, in a hybrid London-based setup. This is an impactful role shaping the operating platform for growth.

Responsibilities - Define tasks and milestones for platform improvements and ensure successful execution
- Direct Business Analysts to document requirements aligned with stakeholder expectations
- Engage specialist stakeholders (Operational Risk, Data, Architecture, etc.) at appropriate stages
- Oversee testing and documentation of improvements before production rollout
- Escalate issues and risks with recommendations for management or mitigation
- Analyse impact of new requests on existing work and prioritise accordingly
- Contribute to ongoing development of the Change Management function within the DIU
Key requirements - Bachelor’s degree within a relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in asset management-based project management
- Proven track record delivering change/transformation projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Jira/Confluence
- Competence in project planning software
- Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to self-manage and work effectively in a dynamic environment
