Overview In this role you will lead the delivery of commercial and healthcare construction projects in London from inception to completion, guiding the programme, cost, quality and risk. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams and key stakeholders to secure on-time, on-budget outcomes. Responsibilities - Lead delivery of commercial and healthcare projects from inception to completion
- Work with structured PM processes and company systems
- Monitor progress using metrics and indicators
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting quality standards
- Oversee tender processes and contract administration (NEC & JCT)
- Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and performance
- Lead project teams and coordinate design, procurement, construction
- Act as main client contact and maintain CRM relationships
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders
Key requirements - Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline
- Professional accreditation (or working towards) such as RICS, CIOB or APM
- Experience delivering commercial or healthcare projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of construction project delivery and contract administration (NEC & JCT preferred)
- Consultancy or client-side experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer service and external interface skills
- Track record of prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines
