Overview In this role you support regional offices delivering NEC Clerk of Works/Construction Quality Monitoring consultancy. You work on site quality, condition surveys and small project delivery, backed by a building surveying team. You may also engage in traditional surveying services like defect diagnosis. You use MMC-enabled building technology and coordinate specialist consultants. You report on site activities and maintain clear communications with clients and teams. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position with opportunities across education and justice sectors.

Responsibilities - Deliver site quality monitoring in Education and Justice sectors
- Review works on site for contract compliance, good practice and manufacturers’ recommendations
- Coordinate specialist consultants (M&E, Fire, Facade) as needed
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; report on online information platforms
- Manage own workload and work independently including design and tender of small/medium maintenance projects
- Deliver condition surveys including use of tablet capture software
- Maintain DBS and basic security clearances for role delivery
Key requirements - Chartered Building Surveyor / Project Manager or Architect (Essential)
- Relevant construction degree or equivalent qualification
- DBS and basic security clearances for delivery of the role
- Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts
- Experience in condition surveys and site quality monitoring
- Ability to manage own workload and work independently
- Effective verbal and written communication
