Overview As an Associate Project Manager in our Commercial Project Management team in London, you will help grow a credible business stream while steering key client projects to on-time, on-budget delivery. You will lead project teams, oversee procurement, design, construction, and occupancy phases, and mentor junior colleagues within a growing building consultancy. You will engage clients to define requirements, manage budgets, and report progress to stakeholders, balancing quality, scope, and deadlines. This is an opportunity to shape project delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and contribute to the expansion of the PM practice.

Responsibilities - Manage all project phases including procurement, design, construction, occupancy, quality control, staffing, and budget oversight.
- Assemble project teams, develop consultant RFPs, appoint and manage consultants, and negotiate terms and fees.
- Engage clients to clarify requirements and establish project work plans with timelines.
- Track project progress against goals and budgets, generating status reports.
- Monitor costs to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team.
- Facilitate client meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Line manage staff and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead fee proposals, bid documents, and processes for new projects.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and network with peers across sectors.
Key requirements - MRICS / MAPM / CIOB or equivalent professional body
- Experience as a Project Manager managing multiple projects
- Strong client engagement and team leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to develop others and pursue continuous self-improvement
- Proficient with MS Office
