Overview As a Project Manager in our London Occupier Fit Out team, you lead high-quality fit-out projects for financial services clients from start to finish. You’ll build strong client and stakeholder relationships while upholding governance, quality, safety, and environmental standards. You drive detailed planning, budgeting, and reporting to keep projects on track and financially healthy. Responsibilities - Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with client input
- Establish and maintain project governance, processes, and QA standards
- Develop and monitor a detailed project plan, track progress and risks
- Manage budget and resources; ensure timely invoicing and reporting
- Coordinate with project team, client, and consultants throughout the lifecycle
- Prepare and present regular updates and recommendations
Key requirements - Degree in a construction/property related discipline
- Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
- Experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects (preferably in a consultancy)
- Experience managing projects for financial services clients
- Excellent project management skills (planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
