Overview In this role you will manage regional rail and civil engineering projects, ensuring contract delivery and alignment with programme and budget. You will lead cross‑functional site teams and coordinate with the Project Delivery Team to meet contract objectives. You’ll oversee changes, monitor progress, and identify business development opportunities. Responsibilities - Oversee regional rail and civil projects from inception to completion
- Ensure site teams understand contract parameters and have required resources
- Execute contracts in line with requirements and manage programme/budget delivery
- Control subcontract resources and monitor progress toward objectives
- Manage contract changes with the Project Delivery Team and obtain approvals
- Submit contract progress reports to the Framework Manager
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities
Key requirements - Project management experience in rail/civil projects
- PTS / SMSTS certification
- HNC or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience managing a portfolio of schemes at different lifecycle stages
