Overview As Senior Fit-Out Project Manager, you will lead large-scale interior fit-out programs for blue-chip clients, from concept through completion. You’ll steer governance, risk, cost control and quality while directing multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities - Lead delivery of multiple complex fit-out projects or programmes aligned with client objectives
- Oversee all project phases from feasibility to handover
- Foster trusted client relationships and act as a senior advisor
- Manage project governance including cost, schedule, risk, and quality
- Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams (QS, MEP, Architecture, Sustainability, Contractors)
- Provide mentoring to junior PMs and project support staff
- Make informed decisions with minimal supervision and escalate strategically where needed
- Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, HSE requirements and client expectations
Key requirements - Proven experience in fit-out or construction PM on complex, high-value projects
- Experience from consultancy or client-side organisations with delivery leadership
- Strong pre- and post-contract PM expertise across the RIBA lifecycle
- Track record managing multiple senior stakeholders
- Understanding of JCT and/or NEC contract administration (accreditation advantageous)
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate project documentation (digital and physical)
