Responsibilities - Deliver and oversee complex defence programmes across construction, manufacturing, and capability projects
- Lead project teams and apply risk, schedule, governance, and assurance to achieve outcomes
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and ensure delivery within financial parameters
- Build trusted relationships with clients and coordinate contractors, consultants, and advisors
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients across London and the South East, balancing remote and on-site work
- Adapt management approach across diverse project types in defence contexts
Key requirements - Experience delivering defence sector projects, with MoD involvement preferred
- Strong project management skills aligned to the APM framework
- Budget oversight and financial forecasting abilities
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- PM qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, or AGILE
- Experience coordinating multiple contractors and advisors across projects
- Understanding of MoD procurement procedures and defence industry practices
- UK MoD Security Clearance or ability to obtain (sole UK national)
