Overview As a Senior Project Manager on the client-side, you will steer large-scale, multi-million-pound projects from pre-construction through construction in London and the South-East. You’ll work within the PMCM team to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, collaborating with clients, consultants, and suppliers. You’ll support business development and nurture client relationships while promoting safe, sustainable outcomes. This role offers cross-team collaboration, global exposure, and a clear path to Chartership and professional growth.

Responsibilities - Plan, control and deliver activities during pre-construction and construction stages
- Engage with Clients, Internal and External Consultants, and Specialist Suppliers
- Run Project and Design Team meetings, prepare reports and meeting minutes
- Communicate with WSP teams across the UK and internationally
- Progress projects to ensure timely completion
- Support commissions to achieve safe, sustainable and efficient outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and peers to secure future work
- Lead or support business development activities
Key requirements - Demonstrable capability as a client-side Project Management Consultant
- Proven PM background within a consultancy environment
- Ability to coordinate and manage teams to deliver projects
- Passion for construction, innovation and best practice initiatives
- Working towards membership of a professional institution (such as MAPM)
- Hold a relevant degree or similar higher education qualification
