Overview As a Project Manager, you will lead strip out and enabling works projects from start to finish. You will drive programmes, budgets, and resources while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards. Responsibilities - Oversee delivery of strip out and enabling works from inception to completion
- Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, and subcontractor performance
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Build and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Coordinate site teams and ensure effective communication and project execution
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients
- Ensure contractual and commercial obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle
Key requirements - Proven experience delivering strip out, soft strip, demolition preparation, or enabling works projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, planning, and project controls
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry best practice
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and subcontractor packages
