Overview As a Project Delivery professional, you support the Client Services Manager in delivering commercial projects, managing multiple initiatives and developing repeat business. You will liaise with clients, lead project delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes that meet timelines, budgets and safety standards. Your work will involve coordinating suppliers, managing scope, and driving value through optimal space use and sustainability. This is a client-facing role with travel to client sites, offering a meaningful opportunity to shape transformative real estate projects in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities - Provide commercial and technical guidance on space optimization, value for money, sustainability, and project duration
- Understand the Client brief and priorities
- Manage project cash flow and cost to meet client expectations and business targets
- Act as the single point of contact for the Client throughout the project
- Appoint and manage external suppliers and ensure contracts are in place
- Review appointments, warranties and scope of works for client satisfaction
- Ensure approvals including landlord and statutory regulations are in place
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections and maintain reports
- Manage invoicing and external supplier payments
- Prepare project and cost forecasts/progress reports, identify risks and propose mitigation
- Lead project completion meetings and handover planning
- Conduct post-completion reviews with clients and suppliers for continuous improvement
- Maximise revenue opportunities and seek new business
- Develop scopes of works and cost plans
- Manage and deliver projects up to 500K
- On-site management of Sub Contractors and chair weekly progress meetings
- Record, report and action project issues and progress
Key requirements - 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Construction or surveying background
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
- Ability to develop processes and procedures
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Health and safety awareness and on-site compliance
- Tenant fit-out experience (desirable)
- Quantities/Cost control experience (desirable)
