Overview In this role you will lead complex refurbishment and modernisation projects across the UK, guiding them from planning through delivery and post-project review. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality within budget. The role combines leadership, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management to drive successful turnkey initiatives. Responsibilities - Lead site teams with clear direction and motivation to meet project objectives
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans, resources, and schedules
- Facilitate collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, sales, and service teams
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and stakeholders
- Manage budgets, expenditures, forecasting, and target margins
- Identify and mitigate project risks and adjust plans to minimise disruption
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to achieve objectives
Key requirements - Experience in project management in HVAC or construction-like environments
- Knowledge of HVACR or related industries (preferred)
- Experience with refurbishment, modernisation, construction, or turnkey projects
- Proficient in MS Project or similar scheduling software
- AutoCAD experience desirable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the UK
