Responsibilities - Lead procurement processes from inception to completion
- Act as key stakeholder in consultant and contractor procurements
- Manage procurement strategies, programmes and milestones
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants
- Manage stakeholder relationships across clients, consultants and contractors
- Support preparation of procurement documentation and tender processes
- Monitor budgets, programmes, risks and deliverables
- Provide reporting and commercial updates to senior stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Ensure projects align with objectives and governance requirements
- Provide leadership throughout procurement and delivery
Key requirements - Proven experience managing complex construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong procurement and tender management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Strong governance, risk, programme and budget management understanding
- Confidence to act as a key stakeholder on major procurements
- Excellent organisational and reporting skills
- Professional qualification such as APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent advantageous
