Overview In this Senior Project Manager role, you will deliver a large residential development in West London, driving the project from infancy to handover. You will lead a multi-year build programme across RC frame blocks up to 12 storeys and establish your own on-site management team. The role sits at the heart of delivering a substantial, high-volume residential scheme for a leading developer. You’ll work in a fast-paced, project-led environment where your leadership and delivery focus shape the scheme from start to finish.

Responsibilities - Deliver a c.650 unit residential development from inception to completion
- Manage a build programme of ~3 years for RC frame blocks up to 12 storeys
- Take control of the project from infancy and build/develop your own management team
- Drive project delivery, coordination with stakeholders, and on-site execution
- Ensure successful handover and meeting programme milestones
Key requirements - Proven experience delivering substantial residential projects from start to finish
- Experience working for a residential developer as Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
- Ability to lead and build a management team on-site
