Responsibilities - Lead infrastructure and programme delivery across multiple projects
- Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts on assigned projects
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
- Manage client expectations, stakeholders and governance
- Oversee financials, project controls and risk management
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal and client teams
- Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental standards are upheld
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Key requirements - Significant experience in infrastructure project or programme management across the project lifecycle
- NEC3/NEC4 accreditation in a Project Manager role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop teams in challenging environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and numerical abilities
- Planning, communication and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple streams
