Overview In this role you will lead delivery of high-end fit-out projects for a growing London contractor, taking ownership of programme, safety, quality and client relationships. You’ll work autonomously within a supportive team as the business expands its London pipeline, with clear development toward Regional Director. Responsibilities - Lead the delivery of high-end fit out projects on site
- Ensure HSEQ and compliance on site at all times
- Manage resources and drive subcontractor performance
- Prepare and manage RAMS; interpret Construction Phase Plans (CPP)
- Lead weekly client meetings and maintain stakeholder communication
Key requirements - PM with fit-out contractor experience
- Experience managing RAMS, programmes and technical construction documents
- Comfortable leading client meetings and coordinating with stakeholders
- Full UK driver's license
- Proven ability to lead delivery teams on site
